Made up of High Ku, Matteo and Sly, this Marseilles-based collective has been performing independently since 2004, on their own label Chinese Man Records. Between their solo projects, remixes and compilations, the three 'turntablists' have found the space and time to dream up a long-awaited third album, multiplying their collaborations, for example with keyboard troublemakers General Elektriks and film soundtrack writer Gilles Alonzo. These three musicians, passionate about strange sounds, don't call themselves composers, but sound tinkerers, collectors of music from the four corners of the world, which they link to their web by the thread of hip hop and electro. Their musical cosmopolitanism is reflected in Uighur sounds, Armenian doudouk, Peruvian rhythms and classical piano. A patchwork of resonances from the four corners of the globe, their boundless instrumental music communicates a vitality that knows no bounds.
