For the last 7 years, Le Colombier des Arts and La Carotte have been working hand in hand to bring the Human Library project to life in their respective areas.
When the Human Library is performed, the public is invited to discover the stories of HUMAN BOOKS in the homes of local residents. People who are not used to being on stage and who have taken 3 days of training to share a story based on their own experience.
Throughout the evening, you'll be able to choose from several books and discover between three and five stories.
All you have to do is listen. For ten minutes or so, this human book will share its story with you, a story that is inevitably autobiographical. The words will come to you, sometimes with humour, sometimes with emotion, always with depth...
At the end of the evening, we'll get together to share a soup and talk about the experience!
